NVS iPad case

Made from genuine hand-made leather, the case feels well made.
The iPad slips into a retainer along the bottom, and is held over the top two corners by little diagonal straps, making the iPad fit securely.
The bump-stops are solid get giving, and of course when you close the case, they run down either side of the iPad’s screen, meaning the main area of glass is held at a couple of of millimetres distance. This adds to the bulk of the case when closed, but again, makes me feel more secure about the cushioning and protection offered by the case overall.
When you close it, a popper button holds it so. Opening it puts the bump stops out towards you and then simply folds over to rest at the position you want. It’s tidy and easy to use.
Conclusion
My previous favourite case was the Apple iPad case, but this is more configurable and more padded, so while it adds a it of bulk to an iPad, it certainly makes you feel more secure, and the way you can stand the screen up in horizontal mode is great if you have a Bluetooth keyboard and you’re using an iPad as a communications device and viewer – say, if you’re travelling.
What's great — well made, well padded
What's not — more garishly green than appears in these pictures
Needs — a traveller who wants protection.
4.1/5
